We will discuss your requirements for your property at length and send you as many pictures/ swatches as required. This will enable you to choose a unique furniture package for your new home, and we will offer advice where required to help you remain within any budget have you set. |

The best way to explain the phrase “ turn key “ is that not only will we supply your furniture but everything else you would require. This would include linen, kitchen ware, towels, air con, safes, alarms, grills, English TV , swimming pools, lock changes and anything else you would like in your property. The benefit of sorting items this way not only saves you time (no waiting for deliveries), but will save you money. As all these services are being provided from one company. Possibly though the most pleasing benefit of a “ turn key” package is that on our completion it will be ready to use from minute one. No need to come over on holiday to organize things before you can rent your property, or even waste days of your holiday buying bits and pieces for your home, just come over. RELAX AND ENJOY!!! |

Are you looking for a completed furniture package for your new home? We at SFS have a large range of products available for you to choose from. We can offer either a package of one style for the whole property, but find most customers prefer to take advantage of our bespoke service. This gives you the opportunity to select from our whole range not only of furniture but fabrics, wood colours, light fittings, bathroom fitments in fact you can choose everything! We prefer for you to select what you want as opposed to telling you what you can have!!! |

We will sit with you while you select and advise if required and then will have a price ready for you within 10 minutes of finalizing your choice. It is then, after agreeing to proceed, we will survey your property and point out any potential pitfalls with the furniture actually fitting into its desired space ( this is not an unusual occurrence and we will discuss with you any possible solutions). It is only when we have confirmed that everything will be ok that we will place any orders with suppliers. This then avoids any problems and also relieves you of any concerns regarding your purchase.

Installation |

We intend to install all fitments /air con and any other messy works within 10 days of placing your order and then we will clean through, leaving your property ready to be furnished. Generally all furniture will arrive within 4-5 weeks ( excluding August) and will be installed in your property ASAP and at this time it will receive a finish clean and the voiles will be fitted, beds will be made, and the kitchen ware put away and your property will be finished to a high standard. At this point we will inspect the property to check of everything and take pictures which will be forwarded to you immediately. |
